The location is stunning with breathtaking mountain views.
My experience at Hotel Restaurant Jungfrau was incredibly disappointing. Check-in was a chaotic and informal process, handled directly in the restaurant with hardly any signage to guide guests. The room was a disaster—there were no cups or glasses, and one of the bedside lights didn’t work. To make matters worse, the parking was a nightmare, with very tight spots that felt unsafe, and I couldn't even get a proper discount card for local attractions. this place seriously lacks attention to detail and maintenance.

great views but parking issues
Our stay in the Budget Double Room was highlighted by the stunning mountain views from our window! ! The breakfast offered an impressive range of options, including delicious homemade bread. The staff were exceptionally helpful, allowing us to check in early, which made our arrival much smoother.
The parking situation was tight and somewhat challenging.

Great views and comfy stay!
Loved our stay! The room was really comfy, and we even had a nice patio to chill on with awesome views. Breakfast was pretty good too, a nice way to start the day. Only thing was the limited space for parking which was kinda annoying.

The location is fantastic, right on the Main Street with amazing views of the valley and easy access to cafes. The cleaning staff is attentive and comes daily to tidy up, which is great for keeping the room fresh.
The parking situation can be a bit tricky due to limited space and tight spots.

Ideal for couples looking for relaxation
I gotta say, the views from our balcony were something else,, you see the waterfall right in front of you, it's like nature put on a show just for us. The breakfast was a feast,, just the right fuel for adventuring through the mountains.
It wasn’t exactly cheap,, but for what we got, it was still reasonable.

The charming mountain views from the room were a highlight, and enjoying home-made bread for breakfast added a personal touch. the room itself felt cramped and outdated, with a troublesome key system that made locking and unlocking doors a challenge. The check-in process was also disorganized, leading to a delayed start to our stay.

We had the most awesome room with a direct view of the Staubach Falls, and the night-time view of the illuminated falls was just magical. The sun terrace really was a great spot to catch some rays, and there was a cozy lounge for unwinding after a long day. The only downside was the need for an adapter for our Swiss outlets, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. 🌟
